Section 41
Claims Payment Fund and Provident Fund
(1) The insurer shall set up a claim payment fund and a reserve fund and deposit the following amount in such fund:- (a) The amount for the liability (outsending claim) due to claims that cannot be paid within the specified period. (b) The amount due to the liability of an insurance claim that has occurred in relation to the assets and liabilities insured by the insurer but has not been reported to the insurer (Included but Not Reported) or not sufficiently reported (Included But: Not Enough Reported),
(c) Amount for unexpired risk (unexpired risk reserve) of the insurer.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) and other arrangements related to the amount deposited in such fund shall be as determined by the authority.
